Freshers Recruitment at Cognizant 2023 - necessary abilities/qualifications:

- The following degrees are required for this position: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, and MS.

- Cognizant is seeking to fill the post of GenC Programmer Trainee with fresh graduates.

Freshmen should be from the 2023 batch, have a foundational understanding of programming, and have no open backlogs.

- There should be no more than a two-year educational gap - New hires need to be excellent communicators and writers

Only Indian citizens are eligible; freshmen must be willing to relocate and work in any shift or domain throughout India.

- Create, update, test, fix, and deploy code in accordance with the requirements specifications.

- Recognizes and prioritises tasks to meet deadlines. - Understands the data requirements and develops test scenarios. proactively addressing problems and reducing potential points of failure - assumes responsibility for delivery

 Participate in project team meetings and technical sessions as a member of the team to build dependable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions

- Constantly improve one's skills and abilities in order to scale up to new technology.
